Practice Manager
Known for her cheerful and helpful personality, Deborah keeps our office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. With many years under her belt, Deborah has extensive dental office management experience. She enjoys both the administrative work and interacting with patients. Deborah strives to streamline important processes such as scheduling, billing, and insurance claims. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family whether it’s checking out new restaurants in Austin or soaking up a beautiful waterside sunset.
Dawn
Registered Dental Assistant
Dawn enjoys helping others and the rewarding feeling of providing patients services to achieve a confident smile they can be proud to show without hesitation. She has several years of experience assisting with dental procedures. Patients often remark about her friendly chairside manner, which helps put them at ease. On her personal time, Dawn likes to stay active enjoying outdoor activities around Austin or relaxing at home with family.
MCKENZIE
Registered Dental Assistant
With nearly a decade of experience, McKenzie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as a registered dental assistant. McKenzie’s combination of technical skill, compassionate care, and personal warmth make her an integral part of the Masterpiece Smiles team. Although originally from Indiana, she has embraced the Austin lifestyle and particularly enjoys paddleboarding in her free time. As a motorsports fan, McKenzie looks forward to her annual trip back home to Indiana to attend the renowned Indy 500 race. When not at the dental office, you can find her spending quality time with her loved ones, especially doting on her cherished niece.
Michelle
Office Assistant
Michelle loves being able to combine her passion for helping others with ensuring a pleasant office environment. Known for her patience and attentiveness to detail, Michelle greets patients warmly while ably handling administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, managing records, and answering phone inquiries. Her kind personality and organizational skills keep the day at the dental practice running smoothly. When not in the office, she enjoys exploring Austin with friends and family.

Dental Hygienist
Just moved from San Antonio to Austin—still learning the ropes of this whole ‘keeping Austin weird’ thing. I am passionate about promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to my patients. I strive to make every visit a positive, informative experience. With a gentle touch and a strong attention to detail, I’m committed to creating a trusting environment where patients feel valued and cared for. When I’m not making teeth sparkle, you can find me baking my way through new recipes (warning: I might bring you cookies.)
My world revolves around my two spoiled fur babies, Mason and Scout, who believe they run the show. If I’m not cleaning teeth or playing tug-of-war, you can find me outside, soaking in nature or plotting my next national park adventure— it’s on my bucket list to visit them all.
